Please help me! I've been a leader for going on 3 years and I need some help. Me and another leader do theme nights and I have done 1. It was when we taught them about God's promises and the rainbow from Noah's Ark and we had them bring their favorite stuffed animal. Well, if you teach Cubbies, you know that it's not easy thinking of theme nights 3 and 4 year olds can do so...

If you follow the Celebration Lesson Plans, there is a "theme" every night. This all ties into Total Time Teaching. Why re-invent the wheel? We have modified a few of the themes, such as Jumper Book Bear Hug #7. The lesson plans have it as Peanut Butter Night. We changed it to Instruction Night.

We have collected through forums, conferences, and  experience extra ideas for each Bear Hug.  It is compiled into a Word Document.  I have been teaching the "new" material -Celebrations since they first came out and never tire of new ideas from others.  Your email is not posted as part of your profile...so I could not email you directly....but I am willing to share this 40+ page handout of ideas.  It has been a life saver for us!

That's weird!  I did not type it that way.  Should be Safarimel before the netzero part.

I would like to see your collection as well.  We are getting a little bored-the class that is.  They are mostly on 3 years olds and can't even use scissors yet.  We are really limited in what we do with them.  Help!
