I think it would be good to have any of the leaders working through books to post where we are working and how we are progressing so that we can have accountability to each other and also so that we can be praying for each other.

I'll start since I initiated the thread. I have learned all the verses for Bible Based Leader and Bible Based shepherd but need to say the last 2 discoveries of book 2 for someone and also finish the devotional work for the last 4 discoveries of book 2. I also need to order my Bible based Witness book so I can start working on book 3. I have finished all the Bible readings for the four years of main studies with the exception of 1/2 of Isaiah.  Unfortunately I have been at a standstill for several months now and it is time to quit making excuses and start working again-our new leaders have motivated and encouraged me to get going again. I don't think I'll finish in time to get a citation by Summit, but one book at a time

2. Main Study 1-  completed
3. Sprint- almost finished
4. Trek- 1/4 of the way through
5. Guards Compass- just started
6. Guards Anchor- not yet started
7. Bible-based Leader- not yet started
8. Bible-based Shephard- not yet started, it's still arriving
9. Main Study 2- not arrived yet so not completed
10. Main Study 3- not arrived yet so not completed

as for electives for the main studies:

1. Will of God- completed
2. Revelation- completed
3. God-colored Glasses- completed
4. Faith on Trial- coming in same package as Main Study 2&3

Glad to see you've already started in Compass Ariel!

I've just started working in the Cubbies book/leader length verses and I have the first 6 Bear Hugs ready to go!

Planning to grab a JV Sprint manual at church on Sunday (we don't have Trek yet, still doing JV's)

Already done 3 Guards books way back as a clubber(Compass, Lifeline, Anchor) and one Chums (Maiden).

I've emailed our missionary asking about Bible Based Leader etc, still waiting to hear back.

it's mostly review except I got tired of verses so I started at the back and did all the darn lessons that I had ready back there that didn't involve verses because that was the 3rd book I had grabbed out of my backpack and started rambling verses off. . I think no matter how many 3-8 grade books you do you still have to do the high school books

I am working in bible based leader. These won't work toward my 2nd citation because I did T&T books. C/G were for my 1st one. Have to find my main study & elective books. My daughter packed them away when we recarpeted the house.

I am in the Bible-BASED Shepherd, Section 7:5. I got four sections signed off last night.

I am doing Cubbies Jumper (full verses) - we are on Bear Hug 6.

I am also doing T&T Book 2 (trying to use up old inventory so clubbers can have new books) - I am officially on Discovery 1.5, but have 1.5 - 2.1 ready to sign off at next meeting (10/14), so I am working on 2.2 right now.

I am on 1.4 in Bible Based Shepherd and about to begin studying for the Alabama CDL Test.....to drive the church bus that the Lord is going to send us...After glancing at the CDL manual........I would much rather spend my time in the Bible Based Shepherd Book!! ....Please pray for me!

Great idea Carol, I like it! I already earned one Citation, did the old Chums/Guards books, the old J/V books, made it through one Varsity book, and they changed them on me the next year, so three Journey books.

Now I have completed the Billboard series. And this year I'm working through the roadsign series, on lesson 1.2 and the Bible Based Leader book. I think I'm on discovery three section three.

You guys know to pray for it and camp, you'd better be doing so because without prayer I doubt this week will go well. Love you all!

I am on Discovery 2, section 1 in the Bible-Based Leader.  I'm going to start the Leadership Training Course from Rorhiem Inst. in a couple of months, so I'm using my books toward that as well as a Citation.

I have finished the Bible-based Leader and I am currently working on the Bible based shepherd. Currently,I am on Discovery 6:2. I took Commander Bill's advice on making a deal with the clubbers, if I don't have a section ready they get 100 points. It keeps me going. I was looking through the Ministry Catalog on Wed and went past the Citation award and I told my Co-Director, "That's mine, by the way!" I am also looking forward to starting the RI Leadership Training. I can't wait to start my first course, gotta get the money first. Pray for me. Plus on top of that I want to go to Commander College..so many things, so little money!!!!!!

I'm ready to say Cubbies Jumper Handbook today at church! Just practised it to my hubby to check if I've got the wording right - only needed one help so at least I know where I need to improve.

Hope Junior is at church so I can say them to him, if not I'm sure someone will listen to me!
