I have read the book and I would say that yes, it would benefit you and your leaders. It covers the various aspects of being a youth leader and the DVD that accompanies it is a good companion as you read the book.
FYI, If you attend the conference in E-Town on Oct. 4th, you will get the opportunity to meet one of the people that wrote the Who Me book from Awana, as they are scheduled to be at that conference.
